Notes for Titanium waterjet cutting.
One 9 x 9.5 inch top cover to be cut from 0.032 inch thick titanium (6Al-4V).
One 9 x 9.5 inch cover to be cut from 0.032 inch thick titanium (6Al-4V).
Two 2.5 x 11.5 inch SideRails to be cut from 0.064 inch thick titanium (6Al-4V).
Eight 2.125 x 10.375 inch Spears to be cut from 0.064 inch thick titanium (6Al-4V).� These eight parts are nested to a single sheet.
All dimensions are in inches.� Tolerance is +- 0.010 inch (not real critical).
The titanium sheet will be supplied as two 12 x 13 x 0.064 inch sheets and one 11 x 24 x 0.032 inch sheet.
Extra scrap sheet from the cutting should be returned if reasonable.
