This is the schematic of my high power ignition coil driver.

You put this on the normal engery plug of your house 120VAC or 230VAC.

The Power-Controller ist for example one from Kemo Company. But I think you can take one to control the brightness of you lamps.

The cap should manage 380 volts. It doesn´t matter wheater is an AC or DC Cap...

I think 60kV output is possible!
