Ghostview is the same package I use on unix for viewing and printing. For typesetting documents I use AMS LaTeX, which is something of a standard for this kind of thing. This too I believe is also available for windoze, LaTeX is at http://www.latex-project.org/ AMS extensions are from http://www.ams.org/tex/amslatex.html AMS LaTeX, or more generally TeX, compiles documents into a device independent format, from which it can be converted into any standard document or device format.
