Yep, that's taken account of. If the secondary where connected
to the ground plane it would short out the 22.5pF cap to 
leave, at 0 inches,

   26.7 | 24.0 = 50.7 pF

between primary and secondary. Hence my reason for asking if 
secondary was grounded.
