Marc, I'm still working on your results. Using inductances calculated by estimating the turns from the Fluke 87 resistance measurements, I get for the first three coils: #1 h/d=9.0, Ldc = 19.0mH #2 h/d=10.0, Ldc = 40.7mH #3 h/d=4.6, Ldc = 338.8 mH Are you able to measure the actual inductances with the coils in their test positions above the ground plane? You might find the measured values are a little less than those given above. I've not bothered looking at the #4 coil as I believe you are going to return it.
