I've added some explanatory notes, and a couple of extra
h/d rows.

All the results so far are for coils whose base is above
ground by twice the average diameter of the coil.  I'll be
moving this table to one side tomorrow and re-running with
an identical matrix of coils, but this time much nearer
the ground.

Notice how the cylinder coils - the central column with B=0,
generally have the lowest voltage stress.  The pointy cones
(B=+/-1) seem to be the most stressful.
