Jonathon's Homepage
(Kidd6488)

If you haven't figured it out by now, my name's Jonathon. I go to a little school in one of the crappiest towns in Ohio. But I manage to have fun of course, hanging out with friends, and other stuff.

If you care, read on...

I'm 16, and a Junior in highschool. I'm also a computer technician at Noguska Computer Center, and you are reading this webpage, so its obvious that I'm a big computer geek, and proud of it. I can manually code web pages with HTML, use CSS style sheets, write JavaScript web page scripts, and ASP internet applications. If you want me to make you a web page, you should know, that it can take a good deal of time to make a good web page, and I don't have that much time on my hands. But, if you feel like asking me anyways or have a computer question or anything, send me an email (change the address when it comes up). I've also become pretty good at writing programs for our TI 83/84 + calculators using BASIC.

Music is very interesting to me. The first instrument I learned was trumpet, back in 5th grade for band. In 11th grade now, I continue to play it, (and pretty good, if I may say so myself). Not long after that, I got a keyboard for Christmas, and kinda taught myself how to play it. Along the way, I picked up the drums, evern though I don't have a set myself. And a couple years ago, I got an electric guitar for christmas, and with a little help from a friend, I taught myself how to play that. More Music Info.

Ever since I was little, I've been really into electronics, and electricity. I guess when I was in preschool, I drew a picture, and since I couldn't write yet, I had my teacher title it: "Cords and Plugs", for me. I prefer the word Geek instead of Nerd, please. Thank you. Since then, I've always wanted to learn more and more about electricity. When I was like 8, I got one of those 200 In 1 electronic project kits (ages 12 and up), and built most of them right away. In 8th grade, I built a Tesla Coil for the science fair, and totally kicked ass with it, winning like 3 awards. So there are tons more geeks out there like me, I made a website describing everything about my 'coiling hobby'. This past summer, we remodeled our house, and added a huge addition to it, and I had the opportunity to re-wire over half of our existing house, and do a lot with the new wiring. So if you need some help with something, shoot me an email (change the address when it comes up), and I'll see what I can do.

What else do I do? I used to wrestle, and play baseball, but wrestling got old. I'll admit it, I wasn't very good, and would much rather eat and do something else. And the job kinda took precedence over baseball, because I wasn't really good at that either. But just like everyone else, I like to hang out with my friends, and just do whatever...

I suppose a little family info wouldn't hurt. I live with my Mom and Dad and he's the one that's really helped me further my knowledge in things, especially electronics. I've got one brother, Justin. He's pretty cool, and he keeps me interested more in sports, than I would be if he wasn't around. We've got a little dog, Buddy. He just showed up at our house one day, about 6 years ago. We couldn't find his owner, so we took him in, and I'm so glad we did. Back then, I made a stupid website for him, lol, here it is.

Future Plans: I'm going to college after highschool, possibly The University of Dayton. I think I will double-major in computer engineering, and electrical engineering, because I'm so interested in both, and it will only require a few extra classes, because they are so tightly related. After that, I really don't know. I guess I will just see what opportunities will arise from having a degree in both.

So that's Everyting I can think of for now. If you think there's some more that should be on here, email me (change the address when it comes up), and I'll see what I can do.
